Dusan Perovic

Before launching Deviation, Dusan was an investor at Two Sigma Ventures for over a decade, where he focused on companies at the intersection of life science, healthcare, and data science. Prior to that, he spent several years at Two Sigma working on company growth strategy, helping launch new business units, and collaborating with research groups to discover and evaluate new data sources for the firm's investment algorithms. He started his career in healthcare management consulting, an experience that inspired a deep and lasting passion for the space. He holds a BSE in electrical engineering from Princeton University, with minors in German literature and Dance. Dusan's love of startups goes back to his earliest memories. As a kid, he helped his parents launch a private-label soda business in then-Yugoslavia. He later attended an international boarding school in Norway, where he still likes to visit.
