Background

Lauren oversees the operational infrastructure of Deviation, managing everything from internal systems and vendors to cross-functional work across legal, finance, and recruiting. At Two Sigma Ventures, she helped build out the operations function over 8 years before joining Deviation. Before venture, Lauren was a founder herself, building La Sonrisa Foods with locations at Bryant Park, Union Square, and The High Line. She also served as project manager at The-CEI, developing programs to incentivize excellence in teaching. Lauren holds a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College. In her free time she loves exploring NY and NJ with her husband and two kids.
