Tyler Mann

Tyler manages all aspects of the firm's legal operations, covering investment and exit transactions, fund formation and administration, regulatory compliance and other day-to-day matters. Tyler is also integral to firm operations, designing and implementing efficient processes across transaction execution, compliance, employee relations and portfolio support. Tyler comes most recently from Two Sigma Ventures, where he served as Head of Legal. He also practiced law at Gunderson Dettmer, where he worked with startups and investors across every stage from formation through exit. Tyler is admitted to practice law in New York, and he holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA from the College of William & Mary. Outside of work, Tyler can be found cycling throughout the greater New York area or, more likely, chasing after his two daughters.
